The fitness assessment covers information regarding movement abilities, past and present medical history as well as allowing the fitness professional to see the current structure and function of the client. By gathering information through the fitness assessment, a fundamental representation of the client’s goals, needs, and status can be created. This enables proper construction of an integrated and personalized training program. The assessment will include:

Level 3
All of the above triathlon distances and services are available with the addition of 2 Personal fitness training sessions per week, one Resistance Flexibility Strength Training(RFST*) session per week and unlimited access to all available resources supplied by EHW.

Level 4
Training/ Coaching Valet Service (Swim- Bike-Run)
Personalized one on one coaching, for all distances including Brick workouts. We come to you with unlimited resources. We guide you through a well designed workout schedule, working out alongside you as well as supplying training nutrition, post workout supplements, water, towels and piece of mind regarding any equipment malfunctions or emergencies.
