Our core training program is designed to help with your stabilization, strength, power, muscle endurance, and neuromuscular efficiency in the lumbo-pelvic hip complex. This integrated approach facilitates balanced muscular functioning of the entire kinetic chain.

Greater neuromuscular control and stabilization strength will offer a more biomechanical efficient position for the entire kinetic chain, therefore allowing optimum neuromuscular efficiency.
